As a qualified, experienced counsellor I offer a friendly, confidential and non-judgemental approach to therapy allowing you the space to explore your feelings in a supportive environment.

I believe the setting for counselling is really important and should feel comfortable and welcoming. The sessions are held in a quiet, relaxed and private room allowing you to feel comfortable sharing any struggles with me.

I work as a person-centred counsellor and adhere to the core conditions of the approach as a basis for therapy, but I also believe in exploring other areas of therapy where I feel this would be helpful for you.

I have worked with individuals and couples facing different troubles and welcome clients whatever the struggle may be. From feelings of anxiety and depression to problems in your relationship.

Each per­son or couple has an in­di­vidu­al way of ex­per­i­en­cing his or her own dif­fi­culties and coun­selling can be the first step in mak­ing sense of things. I be­lieve that as a start­ing point, the per­son-centred ap­proach provides the best and safest en­vir­on­ment for change.
